Neuberg, one of the top four laboratory chains in India, and Bose Clinical Laboratory (BCL), one of the oldest and popular laboratories in Madurai, have decided to form a Joint Venture to build a state of art central laboratory in Madurai. The new company will be called Neuberg Bose Laboratories Private Ltd.
The Joint Venture Agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. GSK Velu, Founder and Chairman of Neuberg and Dr. Puratchimani and Dr. P. Arivarasan of Bose Clinical Laboratory, Mr. A. Ganesan, Vice Chairman, Dr. Saranya Narayan, Technical Director & Chief Microbiologist, Ms. Aishwarya Vasudevan, Chief Operating Officer of Neuberg group were also present on the occasion.
The Joint Venture Agreement between Neuberg and BCL paves the way for developing a new state of art central laboratory besides upgrading the Tamil Sangam Road’s laboratory. The Joint Venture company will also introduce new generation tests and will let available high end laboratory tests at an affordable cost. It will also build 10 laboratories and more than 100 collection centers in and around Madurai covering Madurai, Ramnad, Theni, Dindigul and Virudhunagar districts in the next two years.
